Locate the deleted task, right-click it, and then select Move > Other Folder > Tasks. If the item youd like to recover has been recently removed from the Deleted Items folder, right click the Deleted Items folder in the menu and choose Recover. Navigate to your email folder list, then select Deleted Items. Go to the Tasks folder, right-click it, and then click Move > Other. You can recover some deleted items, like messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, and notes, even after the Deleted Items folder is. To delete a task, select the trash can icon in the bottom right corner of the task’s detail view. A cursor will appear in the task title field and you'll be able to rename or edit the title.
